My name is Amanda, I have 17 years of experience as an exercise therapist for seniors. Together we strengthen our bodies to ward off the illnesses that creep up on us in the golden years. In addition to prevention, I work with those who have had recent surgeries to rehabilitate and regain range of motion/ strength/ balance. I work in collaboration with other heath care professionals to ensure that your treatment plan is best suited for you.
I can offer one on one visits in home, virtually or in the office, group classes can also be arranged.

As part of our commitment to our RMTs, we offer a competitive split arrangement, ensuring you receive fair compensation for your skills and expertise. In addition, we take care of all laundry needs, making it hassle-free for you to focus on delivering exceptional massages. Our well-appointed treatment rooms are designed to enhance relaxation, featuring windows that allow natural light to create a soothing ambiance. Each room is fully set up with an electric table, ensuring maximum comfort for both you and your clients.
